On my third set of hearing devices over time and this has been the best experience by far. Very accommodating to my schedule, great office location and so eager to help and ensure you’re completely satisfied. Follow ups for adjustments are done throughly and quickly. This has been a life changing experience for me! Long story short, I have had ear and hearing related issues for over 50 years. I’m 64. I met Dr. Kelly at this Longboat Key location, she also operates Hearing Aids of Sarasota. The comprehensive, detailed & caring Dr. Kelly provided along with the AMAZING hearing aids I received is the catalyst for this 5 star review.
For those thinking old school, this new technology is unbelievable! My hearing aids function as a bluetooth device. I can answer and carry on phone conversations in private, listen to podcasts and control several pre-programmed settings that adjust for various social settings. Mine are adjustable in real time through an app on my phone.
In addition I get a caring doctor, who legitimately cares about my needs. Dr. Kelly has hearing related issues herself.
I will never ever forget when Dr. Kelly gave a before and after sample, when for the very first time I realized how bad my hearing had become, I went out to the car called my wife and could not even compose myself to speak because I was crying tears of happiness!

Dr. Kelly is amazing. My initial calls were with Yessie in the office then Dr. Kelly. Both were very kind, professional, caring and helpful in getting my general questions answered and setting up my appointment. I drove up almost 2hrs to see her from East Naples with my wife and to say it was worth the drive is an understatement. I would have driven across the country if I knew I was going to be treated and cared for like this. Dr. Kelly went way above and beyond. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and she genuinely cares. It was my initial appointment for testing and tinnitus with her and I just can’t thank her enough for taking the extra time that she took to listen, educate me, and lay the groundwork for my treatment. People need a Dr. to go above and beyond and show their heart. This sometimes it is hard to come by, but Dr. Kelly did just that. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is so professional, so kind, so caring, so compassionate. That is what people need sometimes. That is what I needed, and Dr. Kelly was there and amazing!

Expertise and pricing put Dr. Kelly at the top for hearing aids, and she and her staff go out of their way to serve customers. I purchased my second set of aids from Dr. Murphy, and they improved my hearing so much better than the first set, which I bought from a different provider 5 years earlier. Not sure if the difference stemmed from the technology in the aids or Dr. Murphy’s ability to fine-tune to my needs but, whichever, I am more than satisfied (not to mention my wife who doubted that the first set ever worked).

I’m leaving a 5-star review for Dr. Kelly Murphy of Hearing Aids of Sarasota. My hearing aids are almost 4 years old and it was time for an adjustment. Dr. Kelly checked my hearing, re-programmed the aids, and made new earmolds for a better fit. Dr. Kelly is very friendly, thorough, and tech-savvy. She explained every step as we went along. I love how I’m hearing now! The office is conveniently located on Siesta Drive and there is plenty of parking.
